What I Eat

I tend to eat 2 meals a day - lunch[12-1pm] and dinner[6-9pm]. Each meal is between 1 and 1.5 pounds of juicy fatty meat. Meat is usually beef, lamb, or pork, sometimes shellfish or fish, rarely chicken. Eggs can be a great source of nutrition! Cheese is pretty low carb and is high fat. It is fine to have some cheese added to your meats/eggs. Hard cheeses make great snacks as well - I love Druken Goat, 4 year aged Gouda, truffle goat cheese, cheddar and many others.
